Questions and points to remember

Always shave prior to the procedure:
We recommend you to shave 12 – 24 hours before the laser hair removal procedure with a new razor.
Can I pay in Installments?
Yes you can pay in installments. We require a 20% deposit for your laser treatment up-front then you can repay throughout your sessions.
How to prep for laser?
Make sure all the information you gave on the consultation form is correct. Shave the night before. Do not use active ingredients such as oil or exfoliation 48 hours before.
Avoid tweezing, waxing, bleaching or using depilatory creams between laser hair removal treatments
You must avoid other hair removal techniques 4-6 weeks before and during the laser hair removal sessions. Failing to do so can cause a negative impact on the result.
Do not apply makeup during the laser hair removal treatments
Steer clear of makeup entirely during the procedure as it can harm your skin resulting in pigment changes.
I’m experiencing swelling, what does this mean?
A swollen skin indicates that the Laser hair removal procedure was a success. The swelling is expected to last between one to two hours.
Can I get laser hair removal if I am using medication?
Always let the technicians know the medications you are consuming before the laser hair removal procedure. For instance, antibiotics are light-sensitive and consuming them during laser hair removal treatments can cause skin burns.
Can I get laser with Vitaligo?
The best way to find out is by booking at free laser consultation. Each individual is different and only our technicians will know depending on a case by case basis.
Can laser remove gray/blonde hairs?
The laser works on most blonde hairs. Unfortunately, grey hairs have no melanin in the hair follicle, so therefore they can’t be removed.
Can I take painkillers?
No you can not take painkillers 48 hours prior to your treatment.
