To maintain transparency and professionalism, we have outlined our Terms & Conditions, which govern our services, bookings, policies, and client responsibilities. By booking an appointment or purchasing a treatment at L’OmBre, you agree to these terms.

1. General Terms & Conditions for Aesthetic Treatments
These Terms & Conditions apply to all aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to skin treatments, mesotherapy, chemical peels, microneedling, injectables, and other non-surgical cosmetic procedures. By booking and undergoing treatment at our clinic, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1.1. Results Disclaimer
Aesthetic treatments aim to enhance skin and hair appearance, but individual results vary due to factors such as skin type, age, genetics, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. While we ensure the highest standards of care, specific results cannot be guaranteed, and outcomes may differ for each client.
Some treatments require multiple sessions for optimal results, and maintenance treatments may be necessary. The clinic does not offer refunds or compensation for perceived unsatisfactory results.
1.2. Treatment Expectations & Suitability
Clients must undergo a consultation before any procedure, during which medical history, skin type, and treatment expectations will be reviewed. Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, or prior treatments that may impact their suitability. The clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if a client is deemed unsuitable.
1.3. No Refund Policy
All treatments and packages are non-refundable once purchased. Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction with results, failure to follow aftercare instructions, or changes in personal preference. Pre-paid treatment packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
1.4. Package Expiry & Appointment Policy
- Missed or late appointments may result in session forfeiture.
- Clients must provide a minimum 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a rebooking fee.
1.5. Risks & Side Effects
Aesthetic treatments, including skin rejuvenation, injectables, and laser procedures, carry potential risks and side effects such as scarring, redness, swelling, bruising, irritation, or sensitivity. In rare cases, complications such as hyperpigmentation or allergic reactions may occur.
Clients must follow pre- and post-treatment instructions. The clinic is not responsible for complications arising from non-compliance with aftercare.
1.6. Contraindications & Medical Considerations
Clients with specific medical conditions (e.g., pregnancy, active infections, autoimmune disorders) or those on certain medications may not be eligible for treatment. Clients should consult their healthcare provider before undergoing any aesthetic procedure if they have underlying health concerns.
1.7. Liability & Acknowledgment
By undergoing treatment, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Aesthetic treatments are not medical procedures and do not replace professional healthcare.
- Compliance with aftercare is essential for optimal results and to minimize risks.
- The clinic is not responsible for adverse reactions due to undisclosed health conditions or failure to follow instructions.
By booking a treatment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Laser Hair Removal – Terms & Conditions
2.1. Results Disclaimer
Laser hair removal reduces hair growth. Results vary due to factors such as skin type, hair color, hormones, and treatment consistency. Some individuals may require additional sessions beyond their purchased package.
2.2. No Refund Policy
All laser hair removal packages are non-refundable once purchased. Once a treatment package has begun, refunds will not be issued, even in cases of dissatisfaction.
2.3. Treatment Expectations & Compliance
Clients must adhere to the recommended schedule and aftercare instructions. Skipping sessions or failing to follow aftercare guidance may impact results, for which the clinic holds no liability.
2.4. Liability & Acknowledgment
By purchasing and undergoing laser hair removal, clients accept that results vary, additional sessions may be required, and the clinic is not responsible for individual responses to treatment.
3. Refund & Redo Policy – L’OmBre Hair & Beauty Salons
3.1. No Refunds for Completed Services
Due to the nature of hair and beauty treatments, all services are non-refundable once completed. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please refer to our Redo Policy.
3.2. Redo Policy
Clients may request a redo if:
- The outcome significantly differs from what was agreed upon during the consultation.
- The service was not performed with reasonable care and skill.
- A technical issue occurred due to stylist/therapist application or execution.
Redo Request Guidelines:
- Requests must be made within 48 hours by emailing [email protected].
- If approved, corrections will be scheduled within 7 days.
- Redos will be performed by the same stylist/therapist, unless otherwise agreed.
- No redos will be granted for changes of preference regarding style, color, or treatment.
4. Allergic Reactions & Patch Tests
Patch tests are required for certain treatments and must be completed at least 48 hours in advance. If a customer chooses not to undergo a patch test, we regret that we will be unable to proceed with the appointment.
5. Cancellation policy
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a rebooking fee.
- Repeated late cancellations may require pre-payment for future bookings.
6. Late Arrivals & No-Shows
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.
- No-shows and last-minute cancellations may be subject to a rebooking fee.
7. Retail Product Returns
- Unopened and unused retail products may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase.
- Opened or used products cannot be refunded or exchanged due to hygiene regulations.
8. Consumer Rights & Website Terms
8.1. Consumer Rights Compliance
Our policies align with Irish consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022. Clients who believe a service was not carried out with reasonable care and skill may have rights under this legislation.

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of lombre.ie (the “Site”), owned and operated by The L’OmBre Group.
By using this Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. The Site provides information and booking services for hair, beauty, and aesthetic treatments. All content and policies are subject to the terms set forth by L’OmBre Salons & Aesthetic Clinic.
Indemnity.
Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless The L’ombre Group and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
Severability.
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
Changes
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site. We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our Site.
